1. Product Notes

The information and pictures are for reference only, everything is subject to the actual product.

The products should be kept tightly closed and stored in a dry and cool place.

Formula product, not medicines, and its effectiveness and response may vary depending on the individual’s body type and absorption ability.

Pregnant and lactating women should seek medical advice before taking this product.

The product may have different odor and color due to different batches, but the quality is the same and can be consumed safely.

2. Returns

Delivery of goods that do not match the items listed in the order

Damage, defects or quality problems with the product

If you find any problems with your product, you must notify us immediately. You must email info@guinot.com.hk within 3 working days of receipt to request a return.

All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold, i.e., in the packaging and with the paper label. No refunds will be given if the item has been damaged, altered or destroyed.

Photos of products on this site are for reference only and may differ from the actual product due to the quality of the photos. Any such discrepancies will not be grounds for a refund or return.

Any products not purchased from “Guinot Online Shop” will not be processed.

Please note that we must inspect and verify returns prior to exchange or refund, and if conditions are not found to be in compliance with our return policy, all returns will not be returned for exchange or refund.

In case of any dispute, Kingstar International Trading Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
